Immersed in practices of holistic healing for over a decade Amie works with clients, students and her community to redefine wellbeing through modalities including energy work, reflexology, holistic nutrition, ceremony and movement. Her approach is compassionate, honest and effective. Amie specialises in women’s reproductive wellbeing + life transitions including fertility, harmonizing symptomatic cycles, pregnancy, loss and perimenopause.
Amie believes you are powerful beyond measure and have the greatest ability to shift how you feel and heal. She considers it an honor to serve and encourage you along the way.
Ashley believes that the key to a healthful and joyous life is finding harmony between the physical and emotional body. Her passion for reflexology stems from its ability to bring balance to these aspects of self and restore our body's natural ability to regulate and heal. Ashley has also completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training and Yin Yoga Level 1&2 training. As a practitioner, she is dedicated to improving her clients' overall well-being, fulfillment, and personal connection.
Erica’s true desire is to bring light into peoples lives. Her mission is to empower her clients to know they are the true master healer. Erica loves integrating nutrition, EFT, body energetics

Lara is passionate about holistic health and wellness. She has worked in healthcare for over 15 years as an Occupational Therapist, Certified Health Coach and most recently, as a Reflexologist. Reflexology encompasses many of her beliefs into a powerful complementary treatment modality. She believes that the body has an innate ability to heal itself and repair imbalances when given the chance and she prides herself on being a compassionate and caring health provider dedicated to helping her clients to heal.
Zoe's profound dedication lies in assisting individuals through the aging journey, addressing issues like hormonal imbalances and stress-induced changes. With great enthusiasm, Zoe now presents reflex therapy as a means to offer those in search of improved well-being and balance a path to wellness.
